Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice in a cooking pan and pour the content of the tray into it. Stir until well mixed, add salt according to taste, and then add 50 ml of dry white wine and 650 ml of warm water. Simmer until a tender texture under cover on low heat and without stirring (!) for approx. 30 minutes. Then pull it away from the heat, add 30 g (lactose-free) butter, and stir until the butter melts. Serve sprinkled with grated (lactose-free) Italian-type cheese.
You can replace part of the water with broth. While serving put a tablespoonful of (lactose-free) cream-cheese on top each portion, and you can sprinkle them with fresh arugula and fresh cherry tomato. According to taste you can crank it up with chicken breast or fish fillet.
