Before opening, shake the contents of the tray so the raw materials contained within mix evenly. To prepare one serving of soup: Pour 375 ml water in to a cooking pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice, add salt according to taste, then boil it up. Add 2 ½ tablespoons of the tray’s content (25g). Cook for approx. 30 minutes under cover, on low heat. Serve it hot. If the whole content of the tray is used (8 servings), add 3 liter water.
You can replace part of the water with coconut milk or broth. At the beginning of the cooking according to taste you can add chicken strips and/or shrimps. You can decorate with chives.
