Before opening, shake the contents of the tray so the raw materials contained within mix evenly. To prepare one serving of soup: Pour 375 ml water in to a cooking pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice, add salt according to taste, then boil it up. Add 2 ½ tablespoons of the tray’s content (25g), set the heat lower, and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. During cooking you can add diced chicken breast or fish filets also. Finally you may add 2 slices of green pepper to the soup, and serve it hot. If the whole content of the tray is used (8 servings), add 3 liter water.
The base soup is quite natural so you can replace part of the water with broth.
If you wish to crank it up, put 1 large tablespoon of (lactose-free) cream-cheese or (lactose-free) sour cream and the juice of a half lemon. You can decorate with chives.
